Overview
Lightning Dialer is a business softphone Chrome extension. It helps companies connect their own Twilio accounts so agents can place and receive phone calls from the browser.

Data we collect
- Account details you provide: name, email, business name, and password (handled by our authentication service over HTTPS)
- Twilio configuration you paste during setup: Account SID, Auth Token, API Key / Secret, TwiML App SID, and caller ID phone number
- Operational call metadata needed for dialing (for example agent Ready/Not Ready status and call identifiers)
- Local extension storage: session token and display preferences on your device
We do not collect browsing history across the open web, advertising profiles, health data, or payment card data.
How we use data
- To create and manage your business workspace and agent access
- To generate Twilio access tokens and route calls for your Twilio account
- To show dialer status and notify you of incoming calls
- To operate and secure the service
Where data is stored
- Account information and encrypted Twilio credentials are stored in our hosted backend (Supabase)
- Call audio / media is processed by Twilio according to your Twilio account settings and Twilio’s policies
- Session data may be stored locally in the Chrome extension using Chrome storage
